Happy 50th birthday to Harvest Bistro’s amazing owner, Tushar Patel! This birthday is a very special one because Tushar has been in the business for 25 years, which is now half of his life! Making this birthday two milestones! He also is getting ready for expansion as well, looking forward to coming out of the pandemic with the potential to have 3 satellite locations this coming year!
With age Tushar’s taste buds have matured, giving him endless opportunities in the food industry. Tushar explains “I feel like I’m just getting started with life after going through a lot personally”. His main focus at this point in his life is more philanthropic and he is in a position to help and give back more than ever. His faith and church help him achieve and conquer his goals and explains that he could not come this far without his foundation in Christ.
